The icon Cyndi Lauper, born as Cynthia Ann Stephanie Lauper, arrived in the early 1980s thanks to her album “she’S so Unusual”.”With this ALBUM, Cyndi broke the glass ceiling, as it was the first debut album by a female artist to reach four top 5 hits of the Billboard Hot 100. Cyndi first collaborated with the band sapphire Angel and established herself as a solo artist with her version of “Girls Just Want to Have Fun”.”Cyndi’s music and fashion have become synonymous with the 1980s, incorporating a mix of early punk, new wave and pop into her sound and style.

Cyndi won the first prize for the best female video at the MTV Video Music Awards in 1984 and was recognized as one of the greatest music videos of the time. She was inducted into the Rock & Roll Hall of Fame and won countless awards at the Grammys, Emmys, Tonys and VMAs.

In addition to singing, Cyndi has a solid acting career and appears in such television series as “that’S so Raven”, “Mad About You” and the series Bones. “She also appeared in such films as “Vibes”, “Life with Mikey”, “Henry & Me” and a cameo appearance in “The Goonies”, to which she contributed the song “the Goonies” R “Good Enough” to the soundtrack of the film.

Cyndi is also an activist who has campaigned for LGBTQ+ rights throughout her career.
